Kalie Coslet, MS, PA-C
Kalie is a San Diego native. She graduated from San Diego State University with a degree in Kinesiology in 2011. She then attended Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in Chicago to obtain her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies. With a strong interest in Orthopedics, Kalie completed a clinical rotation at Grossmont Orthopaedic Medical Group and loved this group of Surgeons. After a two year stint in Chicago she moved back to San Diego to join our group of physicians and has been with the group since 2015.
She is well versed in musculoskeletal ultrasound and utilizes it both as a diagnostic and therapeutic tool. She is highly experienced in performing many different types of ultrasound-guided injections including cortisone, hyaluronic acid, and regenerative procedures (platelet rich plasma, amniofix and more). She serves as an expert instructor quarterly to teach musculoskeletal ultrasound courses to physicians and physician-assistants from around the world.
Kalie is also very interested in investigational medications and injectables. She works with our various research departments as a sub-investigator performing many of the injections of the investigational products and evaluating patient’s response to these medications. Kalie is known for her compassionate care and vast knowledge and understanding of orthopedics.
