Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI)
Grossmont Orthopaedic Medical Group is pleased to offer state-of-the-art diagnostic extremity Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) right in our office. MRI is a fast and painless way for our physicians to look at the structures of your body in great detail. The pictures created during the exam look at the soft tissues and provide information that assists the physician in making a diagnosis. The extremity MRI allows our physicians to visualize the structures of your shoulder, knee, ankle, wrist, and hip as well as smaller joints of your foot and hand. The complete exam takes less than an hour and most of the time can be done the same day as your office visit.
Grossmont Orthopaedic Medical Group is pleased to offer state-of-the-art diagnostic extremity ultrasound. Dr. DuBois personally performs the exam and explains his findings to you immediately, so decisions can be made efficiently about your medical care.
